Job Description:
We are currently seeking a CSR Project Manager to join our growing team. In our team, you will play a crucial role in the processes of implementing, maintaining, and improving policies related to social and environmental responsibility, in compliance with local, global standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
- Support management in CSR strategy;
- Participate in risk assessment at different management levels, from strategy to operationalization;
- Participate in risk assessment at different management levels, from strategy to operationalization;
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of action plans, considering established timelines and performance indicators;
- Represent management externally and present the company's commitment to CSR and sustainable development;
- Contribute to the development and facilitation of discussion frameworks between the company and internal and external stakeholders;;
- Formalize documents related to the CSR approach;
- Organize and facilitate training and awareness events for employees and other stakeholders;
- Propose improvement paths and/or corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders;
- As a member of the Human Resources team, support the implementation of HR initiatives;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Must Have
- Degree in management sciences, human and political sciences, project management, environment, international relations, communication, engineering, and/or equivalent;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a field related to the environment, sustainable development, or CSR.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Knowledge in sustainable development and CSR;
- Project management experience;
- Proficiency in office software, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;
- Communication skills and management of interprofessional relationships;
- Analytical and follow-up abilities;
